随着社会经济的不断发展,我国教育事业得到了进一步的拓展,国家越来越重视高职教育,诸多高职院校经由中专升格、合并等方式趋向于成熟。基于人本化形势下,传统学生管理已无法与目前高职院校实际工作需要吻合,考虑到人生观、生源素质、心理压力大等因素下,仅仅依赖于专职教师课堂教育难以培养合格人才,故高职院校必须要强化学生管理工作。学生管理工作作为高职院校强化学生思想政治教育、检验德育工作效率、培养社会性人才的关键保证,已逐渐引起社会的广泛关注。在现阶段,高职院校学生管理工作难度较大,本文主要通过分析高职院校学生管理工作中存在的问题,从而指出相应对策,旨在构建和谐校园,增强高职院校综合竞争力。 With the continuous development of social economy, China’s education has been further expanded.
