完美主义指在生活或工作表现上对己或对人所要求的一种态度。有完美主义心理的人,对任何事都要求达到毫无缺点的地步,因而难免只按理想的标准苛求,而不按现实情境考虑是否应该留有弹性或余地。过度追求完美的人,除了因苛责、批评而使自己及他人感到不愉快之外,也容易因目标太高又怕无法完成而不敢有所作为。你要知道,追求完美会让你身心疲惫,甚至影响你的生活与身心健康,何不抛弃你的完美主义去接受自我呢?
Perfectionism refers to an attitude toward oneself or to one’s needs in life or work performance. People with a perfectionist mindset are required to achieve anything that is flawless in all matters, and it is inevitable that they will be judged only by the ideal standard rather than by the realistic context of whether there should be flexibility or scope. Excessive pursuit of perfection, in addition to due to blame, criticism and make oneself and others feel unhappy, but also easily too afraid to accomplish due to too high a goal. You have to know that the pursuit of perfection will make you physically and mentally exhausted, and even affect your life and physical and mental health, why not abandon your perfectionism to accept the self?
