患者 ,男性 ,70岁。1998年 11月因咳嗽、咯血摄胸片、CT诊断为肺癌。行右中叶切除术。病理诊断为右肺鳞状细胞癌 ,淋巴结转移 ,术后行放疗。自 1999年 5月起出现腹胀 ,食欲欠佳 ,精神差 ,并且日益加重。查体 :贫血貌 ,右肺中下区语颤消失 ,呼吸音消失。彩超示肝胆胰呈弥漫性改 Patient, male, 70 years old.
