为了研究新型装配整体式楼板受力性能,对一个现浇楼盖模型采用MIDAS-GEN软件进行有限元分析,通过计算分析得到楼板在竖向荷载作用下的应力应变响应以及板受力特点,根据分析成果应用于装配整体式楼板,提出了新型装配整体式楼盖钢筋合理布置方案,采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对新型装配式楼板和优化后的布局方案进行对比分析;得出该新型装配式楼板结构承载能力得到了显著的提高。本文分析了竖向荷载作用下新型装配式楼板优化配筋方案,给出了结构薄弱部位的构造设计意见,为同类结构的设计提供了设计依据。
In order to study the force performance of the new assembly monolithic floor, a cast-in-place floor model was analyzed by finite element method with MIDAS-GEN software. The stress and strain response of the floor under vertical load and the force characteristics of the board were obtained by calculation. The results of the analysis are applied to the assembly of monolithic slab. The reasonable arrangement of the new integral steel truss reinforcement is put forward. The ABAQUS finite element analysis software is used to analyze and compare the new assembled floor and the optimized layout. Structure carrying capacity has been significantly improved. In this paper, the optimized reinforcement scheme of the new type of assembly floor under vertical load is analyzed. The construction design advice of the weak part of the structure is given, which provides the design basis for the design of the similar structure.
