团队建设是一种组织创新。随着现代经济的发展,高效团队建设在企业管理中发挥越来越大的作用。为更好的分析和了解企业内部协调管理机制,本文以QM公司违约事件为案例,通过对公司整体结构的分析和判断,利用团队有效性模型建立企业高效团队,并对角色配置和工作流程进行了重新设计和运行。对工作设计、团队构成、外界条件和过程进行的系统性分析决定了企业内部需建立应急反应系统,来解决企业所面临的突发事件。这样有利于公司提高自身的快速反应能力,有利于增强竞争力,使企业在日益激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。
Team building is a kind of organizational innovation. With the development of modern economy, efficient team building plays an increasingly important role in business management.
