目的 探讨脑缺血预处理后脑组织原癌基因c-fos基因表达蛋白FOS变化及其与脑缺血耐受产生之间的关系。方法 通过建立大鼠全脑缺血模型 ,采用兔抗c -fos原癌基因抗体SABC免疫组化技术对脑缺血再灌注后的海马神经元进行检测FOS表达。结果 实验鼠四血管阻断 (预处理 ) 3min后 ,12h组、2 4h组及 72h组FOS表达均显著高于对照组 (假手术组 ) ,P值均 <0 0 1,72h组最为显著。结论 大鼠短暂非损伤性 3min缺血再灌注 72h后脑内海马神经元中FOS表达显著增高。FOS表达增高是脑缺血耐受保护机制的一部分
Objective To investigate the changes of c-fos gene expression protein FOS in brain tissue after cerebral ischemic preconditioning and its relationship with cerebral ischemic tolerance. Methods The model of global cerebral ischemia in rats was established. The expression of FOS in hippocampal neurons after cerebral ischemia / reperfusion was detected by SABC immunohistochemical method using anti-c-fos proto-oncogene antibody. Results The FOS expression in the 12h, 24h and 72h groups was significantly higher than that in the control group (sham group) 3 min after the four-vessel occlusion (pretreatment). Conclusion The expression of FOS in hippocampal neurons of the hippocampus in rats after 3min ischemia-reperfusion for 72h is significantly increased. Increased FOS expression is part of the mechanism of cerebral ischemic tolerance
