隐性课程,指与显性课程相对立的一种新的学术概念,是学校在课程发展中的拓展和延伸,是衔接课堂教学内容向外在因素合并的一种间接的、隐形的教学课程。其强调受教育者在没有意识、没有计划和内在心理反应时接受教育和发展,可以说隐性课程教学是在学生们接受学习知识的基础上不断推动其自身综合素质协调发展的一项行之有效的教学课程。本文将对高职院校英语隐性课程建设的必要性展开研究,通过分析研究隐性课程在高职院校英语课堂教学中使用的必要性和教学策略,希望能够给我国高职院校的英语教师带来实质性的参考价值。
