生活中,大多数人都知道紧张可以造成头痛,但很多久治不愈的慢性腰背痛、肠激惹综合征、纤维肌痛等也可能是心理原因造成的,即“躯体化形式障碍”。越来越多的学者认为,如果排除了其他身体问题,那么压力和紧张往往就是问题的“罪魁祸首”。解决这类问题的方法可以很简单:让病人回忆疼痛是怎样发生的,自己是怎样应对的,在不良情绪中寻找根源。纠正了认知上的误区,疼痛就好了一大半。
Most people in life know that stress can cause headaches. However, many chronic low back pains, irritable bowel syndrome, fibromyalgia and so on may also be caused by psychological reasons, that is, “somatization disorders”.
