采用MB进行人脑胶质瘤的术前染色,不仅使术野清楚,而且还会使瘤细胞的无限增殖受到某种程度的抑制,其机理尚不明了。作者使用特异的荧光染色和高锰酸钾固定生物膜技术,在光镜和电镜下详细观察了人脑胶质瘤细胞的整装培养细胞的内质网真实分布状况和在MB作用下内质网形成改变的特点,即内质网朝向细胞核聚集,内质网结构扩张,呈六角形膨胀,使整个内质网系统出现网筛状改变,影响内质网的功能,这可能是造成瘤细胞增殖抑制的生物学基础
The use of MB for preoperative staining of human gliomas not only makes the operative field clear, but it also inhibits the infinite proliferation of tumor cells to a certain extent, the mechanism of which is still unknown. Using specific fluorescent staining and potassium permanganate fixation biofilm techniques, the authors observed in detail the true distribution of the endoplasmic reticulum of human glioma cells in both cultured cells and under the influence of MB under light and electron microscopy. The characteristics of the network formation change: the endoplasmic reticulum accumulates toward the nucleus, the endoplasmic reticulum expands, and it expands in a hexagonal pattern, causing a reticular-like change in the entire endoplasmic reticulum system, affecting the function of the endoplasmic reticulum, which may be caused by tumor cells. The biological basis of proliferation inhibition
