Soil polysaccharide is an important part of soil organic matter. Through the research on soil polysaccharides under continuous cropping condition, we found that the composition of soil polysaccharides changed greatly due to continuous cropping. From the source of soil polysaccharides, with the extension of continuous cropping, microbial polysaccharides gradually increased, and plant polysaccharides gradually reduced. The statistical analysis shows that the monosaccharides constituting soil polysaccharides can be divided into two categories based on their properties. They differ in their nature and origin, and further confirm that the classification method of soil polysaccharides was correct and at the same time Our experiments provide quantitative indicators.
