目的:分析苍南县妊娠期妇女心理健康状态。方法:选择2013年3月~2014年3月来该院产前检查的599例妊娠期妇女作为研究对象,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)调查孕妇心理状态,将其结果与国内常模相比较,分析孕妇心理变化情况。按照SCL-90评分结果将599例孕妇分为阳性组152例、阴性组447例,比较影响孕妇心理状态的因素。结果:在强迫症状以及偏执评分上,该组599例孕妇与国内常模差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖以及精神病性评分上,该组599例孕妇评分均显著高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经单因素分析结果显示,阳性组以及阴性组孕妇在教育程度、妊娠意愿、妊娠并发症、担心胎儿畸形、睡眠状态以及妊娠年龄上差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,睡眠状态、妊娠并发症以及担心胎儿畸形三个因素进入回归模型,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期妇女心理状态显著降低,而影响妊娠期妇女心理状态的因素有多种,主要包括睡眠状态、妊娠期并发症以及担心胎儿畸形等,因此对于孕妇的心理干预,需要从多方面进行综合考虑,以做好妊娠期妇女的心理健康工作。
Objective: To analyze the psychological status of pregnant women in Cangnan County. METHODS: A total of 599 pregnant women who had antenatal examination in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 were selected as the research object. The psychological status of pregnant women was investigated by SCL-90, Compared with the model, the psychological changes of pregnant women were analyzed. According to the results of SCL-90, 599 pregnant women were divided into positive group (152 cases) and negative group (447 cases), and the factors influencing pregnant women’s psychological status were compared. Results: There were no significant differences in obsessive compulsive symptoms and paranoid scores between the 599 pregnant women and the national norm (P> 0.05), but no significant differences in somatization, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, hostility, horror and psychotic scores , And the scores of 599 pregnant women in this group were significantly higher than those in the domestic norm (P <0.05). The results of univariate analysis showed that there was no significant difference in education, pregnancy expectancy, pregnancy complications, (P <0.05). The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that sleep status, pregnancy complications and worry about fetal malformations entered the regression model, the difference was statistically significant Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Psychological status of pregnant women significantly reduced, while the psychological status of pregnant women affect a variety of factors, including sleep, pregnancy complications and worry about fetal malformations, and so psychological interventions for pregnant women, need to be carried out in many ways Taken together to do a good job in pregnant women’s mental health work.
