对内热式流化床热处理炉石墨粒子的电阻及其分布特性进行了研究,对炉内电阻的形成机理和影响电阻特性的因素进行了分析。研究表明,在不同的流态下,空隙率、粒子碰撞频率和气泡扰动频率对石墨粒子的电阻值有不同的影响。炉衬表面粗糙程度和流化风速是维持(准)散式流化状态的两个重要因素。
The resistance and distribution characteristics of graphite particles in an internal heat fluidized bed heat treatment furnace were studied. The forming mechanism of the resistance in the furnace and the factors affecting the resistance characteristics were analyzed. The results show that the porosity, particle collision frequency and bubble perturbation frequency have different effects on the resistance of graphite particles under different flow regimes. Lining surface roughness and fluid velocity are two important factors in maintaining the (quasi) decentralized fluidization state.
