为了优化188W-188Re发生器的制备工艺,对188W-188Re发生器的制备及质量控制进行了研究,并测定 了188W在Al2O3上的吸附容量。结果表明:发生器淋洗效率大于85%,188W漏穿率小于10-6,188Re放射性核 纯度大于99.90%,放化纯度大于99%,洗脱液细菌、细菌内毒素含量合格。
In order to optimize the preparation process of 188W-188Re generator, the preparation and quality control of 188W-188Re generator were studied, and the adsorption capacity of 188W on Al2O3 was measured. The results show that the leaching efficiency of the generator is more than 85%, the leakage rate of 188W is less than 10-6,188Re, the purity of radioactive nucleus is more than 99.90%, and the radiochemical purity is more than 99%. The elution bacteria and bacterial endotoxin content are qualified.
