1999～2000年北京市科委、北京市人事局委托北京市美兰德信息公司进行了“北京市公务员科学素养调查”。这次调查是对北京市公务员科学素养状况的一次全面摸底和展示。调查所得出的结果和分析结论,向我们提供了诸多有用信息,并为我们今后的工作指明了方向。本次调查的总体方案和问卷由美兰德公司邀请有关专家进行设计,市科委、市人事局予以审定,抽样方案由中国科学院数学与系统研究院的抽样专家进行设计,抽样框基础数据由北京市人事局提供。美兰德公司负责
From 1999 to 2000, Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission and Personnel Bureau of Beijing commissioned Beijing Meilande Information Co., Ltd. to conduct a survey on the scientific literacy of civil servants in Beijing.
