从事小学数学教育二十余载,笔者既经受了传统教学模式的熏陶,又经历了新课改理念下课堂教育的实践锻炼。两种教学模式的反差,使笔者深深地感到无论对哪种教学模式过分追求、走向极端,都会事与愿违、事倍功半。因此,如何在传统与创新中寻求一条中间地带,在学生自主与教师主导中求得平衡,在平衡中探寻数学教学的真谛,就成了我们值得认真思考的问题。现谈谈笔者的一些体会。
Engaged in primary school mathematics education for more than 20 years, the author has not only experienced the influence of the traditional teaching mode, but also experienced the new curriculum reform under the practice of classroom education. The contrast between the two teaching modes makes the author deeply feel that no matter what kind of teaching mode is overly pursued, to the extremes, things will be contrary to expectations and less effective. Therefore, how to find a middle ground between tradition and innovation, strike a balance between student autonomy and teacher orientation, and explore the essence of mathematics teaching in a balance has become a question that we should seriously think about. Now talk about some of the author’s experience.
