青霉素纳水溶液易水解，其水解过程可引起溶液的pH值较明显的改变。本文对青霉素钠在几种临床常用的输液及注射用水中的pH值变化情况进行考察，同时对青霉素纳在输液及注射用水中的降解方式进行了探讨，对临床用药有一定的指导意义。
