将特制的光纤光栅传感器布置到缆索内部,制成可对自身索力进行实时监测的智能缆索。智能缆索索力测试精度达到1%。将研发的智能斜拉索应用于江苏省京杭运河泗阳大桥上,通过可靠的工艺制作流程,在运输和安装过程中有效地引出光缆保护措施,成功实现智能缆索在实际工程中的应用。智能缆索在制作及上桥施工过程中索力测量值与千斤顶油压表读数误差不超过±50kN。缆索制作、施工及运营阶段的数据监测表明:智能缆索自身能够可靠感测缆索索力的变化值,索力监测技术成功地由索体外部移植至索内。
The special fiber grating sensor placed inside the cable, made of their own cable force in real-time monitoring of smart cables. Intelligent cable cable force test accuracy of 1%. The smart diagonal cable is applied to the Siyang Bridge on the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal in Jiangsu Province. Through the reliable process, the cable protection measures are effectively brought out in the process of transportation and installation, and the application of the intelligent cable in the actual project is successfully realized. Intelligent cable in the production and construction of the bridge during the cable tension measurement and hydraulic pressure gauge reading error does not exceed ± 50kN. The data monitoring of cable production, construction and operation shows that the intelligent cable itself can reliably measure the change of cable force, and the cable force monitoring technology has been successfully transplanted to the cable from outside the cable body.
