目的:了解无免疫力人群进入疟疾流行区以口服磷酸喹哌预防疟疾的效果。方法:在疟疾流行高峰期,选择天安乡采石场为试点,全部人员系来自内地无疟区无免疫力之民工,采用磷酸喹哌1g(4片,每片含基质0.25g)一次口服作为预防服药,观察预防效果。结果:在采石场试点中,暴露人群96人均口服1g磷酸喹哌。当月第16、17、18、20天分别感染2、1、2、1例恶性疟.感染率6.25%。结论:磷酸喹哌1g用作预防服药的用量不足或该地区恶性疟已对磷酸喹哌产生了抗性。
Objectives: To understand the effectiveness of non-immune populations entering malaria-endemic areas to prevent malaria by oral administration of quinupra phosphate. Methods: During the peak period of malaria, the Tian’an quarry was selected as the pilot. All the staff were from non-immune migrant workers in the Mainland. One dose of Quipira phosphate 1g (4 tablets, 0.25g per tablet) Prevention medication, observe the prevention effect. RESULTS: In the quarry pilot program, 96 per capita were exposed to 1 g of quipiper phosphate. On the 16th, 17th, 18th and 20th day of the month, 2, 1, 2 and 1 cases of falciparum malaria were infected respectively. Infection rate 6.25%. CONCLUSION: Insufficient doses of quinpiripephosphate 1g for prophylaxis or falciparum malaria in the area have been resistant to quipfel phosphate.
