抗苗勒管激素（ａｎｔｉＭｕｌｅｒｉａｎｈｏｒｍｏｎｅ，ＡＭＨ）又名苗勒管抑制素（Ｍｕｌｅｒｉａｎｉｎｈｉｂｉｔｉｎｇｓｕｂｓｔａｎｃｅ，ＭＩＳ），产生于睾丸的未成熟支持细胞和卵巢的颗粒细胞。是由两个相同的７０ｋｄ亚基组成的二聚体，分子量为１４０ｋｄ，能抑制苗勒管的发育。现将ＡＭＨ的研究状况综述如下
