随着市场经济的不断发展,我国的煤炭行业目前面临着巨大的压力与挑战。降低销售成本、提高获取信息的速度及根据信息迅速做出反应,是企业增强市场竞争力的关键因素之一,也是现代企业制度下企业生存和发展的必备条件。煤炭销售信息网旨在提高煤炭行业营销的运作效率,降低营销成本,促进煤炭行业营销现代化进程。它聚焦的领域是煤炭行业,它要做的工作是电子商务和企业管理(ASP、行业统计),它覆盖的范围是全国,它的目标是通过建立全国最大的煤炭行业电子商务平台,实现整个行业由传统经济模式向网络经济模式的转变。经过认真的论证和详尽的需求分析,笔者认为煤炭销售信息网的目标定位为全国最大的行业垂直化电子商务平台,内容涵盖信息中心、网络办公(ASP服务体系)、网上订货、网上交易、决策支持、业务管理平台等方面。
With the continuous development of market economy, China’s coal industry is currently facing tremendous pressure and challenges. Reduce the cost of sales, improve the speed of access to information and prompt response to information is one of the key factors to enhance market competitiveness of enterprises, but also the prerequisites for the survival and development of enterprises under the modern enterprise system.
