目的:探究清肝宁肺汤对咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)大鼠气管与肺组织病理变化的影响。方法:利用卵蛋白(OA)及辣椒素复制CVA大鼠模型。实验设正常对照组、模型对照组、地塞米松片组、清肝宁肺汤组、地塞米松片合清肝宁肺汤组(以下简称为清汤加地米组),以2min内咳嗽次数、气管与肺体质重量指数、气管、肺病理变化为观测指标。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠咳嗽加剧(P<0.01),气管与肺体质重量指数明显增加(P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义,肺及气管病理损伤严重。经治疗后各治疗组2min内咳嗽次数减少(P<0.01),气管与肺体质重量指数减低(P<0.01),病理损伤减轻。结论:清肝宁肺汤可以通过减轻CVA模型大鼠气管与肺的病理损伤而发挥治疗作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Qingganningfei Decoction on the pathological changes of trachea and lung tissue in cough variant asthma (CVA) rats. Methods: CVA rat model was made by using ovalbumin (OA) and capsaicin. Experimental set up normal control group, model control group, dexamethasone tablets group, Qingganningfei Decoction group, dexamethasone tablets together Qinggan Ningfei Decoction group (hereinafter referred to as clear decoction group), within 2min the number of cough , Trachea and lung mass index, trachea, lung pathological changes as indicators. Results: Compared with the normal control group, the cough in the model control group increased (P <0.01) and the weight index of the trachea and lung significantly increased (P <0.01). The difference was statistically significant and the lung and tracheal pathology were severely damaged. After treatment, the number of coughs in each treatment group decreased (P <0.01), the weight index of trachea and lung decreased (P <0.01), and pathological injury was relieved. Conclusion: Qingganningfei Decoction can relieve the trachea and lung pathological injury of CVA model rats.
