民航山西省局是民航体制改革的后来者,1997年底才开始独立运营。4年来,民航山西省局1200多名干部职工群策群力,团结拼搏,保证运输起降3.4万架次,完成旅客吞吐量189.1万人次、货邮吞吐量13.8万吨,年平均增长率分别为24.95％、11.91％和70.50％,而独联体货运包机业务从1999年起连续3年居全国第一,为山西省的经济建设和旅游业发展做出了贡献。 1997年11月18日,民航总局对原中国通用航空公司进行了改革改组,民航山西省管理局在改革的大潮中应运而生。
Civil Aviation Shanxi Provincial Bureau of civil aviation system reform is the late, only the end of 1997 to operate independently. Over the past four years, more than 1,200 cadres and workers of the Shanxi Provincial Bureau of Civil Aviation have made concerted efforts to unite and work together to ensure that the transport can take off and land 34,000 sorties, completed a passenger throughput of 1.891 million passengers and handled 138,000 tons of cargo and mail, with an average annual growth rate of 24.95% 11.91% and 70.50% respectively, while the CIS freight charter business has been the No. 1 nationwide for three consecutive years since 1999, contributing to the economic construction and tourism development in Shanxi Province. On November 18, 1997, the Civil Aviation Administration of China conducted a reform and reorganization of the former General Aviation Company of China. The Civil Aviation Administration of Shanxi Province came into being in the tide of reform.
