针对某型机关键部位研制过程中钛合金薄壁板干涉强化的孔边距工艺问题,在有限元软件Abaqus平台上建立了3D有限元模型,分析了在循环载荷作用下,材料为TC4钛合金带孔薄壁板件的孔边距对干涉强化试件应力分布影响以及疲劳寿命预测分析。研究表明:随着边距比减小,疲劳寿命呈现明显降低趋势,疲劳破坏位置逐渐向远离孔方向移动,当边距比小于2时,疲劳破坏在薄壁板边缘处发生。
Aiming at the problem of the hole margin of titanium alloy thin-walled plate in the process of key part development of a certain type of machine, a 3D finite element model was established on the Abaqus platform of finite element software. The results show that as the margin ratio decreases, the fatigue life decreases obviously, and the location of fatigue damage gradually moves away from the hole.
