在干旱半干旱地区,要建立合理的耕作制度,合理地布局作物,就要根据降雨量的有效程度,即有效雨量的多少进行安排。但是,影响有效雨量的因子很多,只有采取合理的农业技术措施,以减少降雨量的损失,增加降雨的有效部分,才能达到使作物能够最大限度地利用降雨的目的。同时,要使干旱半干旱地区的种植制度和作物布局,建立在较为可靠的水分基础上,还应确定出旱作农业区的有效雨量值。
In arid and semi-arid regions, to establish a reasonable farming system and rationally distribute crops, arrangements should be made according to the degree of rainfall, that is, the amount of effective rainfall. However, there are many factors affecting the effective rainfall. Only reasonable agricultural techniques can be adopted to reduce the loss of rainfall and increase the effective part of rainfall, in order to achieve the purpose of making crops use the maximum rainfall. At the same time, in order to establish the planting system and crop layout in arid and semi-arid areas based on more reliable water, the effective rainfall of dry farming areas should also be determined.
