目的探讨老年高血压患者联合用药的临床疗效。方法 55例老年高血压患者口服硝苯地平缓释片和依那普利,3个月后观察疗效。结果显效42例,有效12例,无效1例,总有效率98.2%。按年龄比较,60～70岁组比70岁以上组疗效明显。结论硝苯地平缓释片联合依那普利治疗老年高血压,效果稳定、不良反应少。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combination therapy in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods 55 elderly hypertensive patients were treated with nifedipine and enalapril, and the effect was observed after 3 months. The results were effective in 42 cases, effective in 12 cases, ineffective in 1 case, the total effective rate was 98.2%. By age, 60 ~ 70 years old group than 70 years old group obvious effect. Conclusion Nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined with enalapril treatment of elderly hypertension, the effect is stable, with fewer adverse reactions.
