用条形柄锈菌大麦专化型（ＰｕｃｃｉｎｉａｓｔｒｉｉｆｏｒｍｉｓＷｅｓｔ．ｆ．ｓｐ．ｈｏｒｄｅｉ）的３个代表性菌系，对８个族的２５属６１种禾草进行了温室人工接种。发现寄主９属２２种，除星星草（Ｐｕｃｃｉｎｅｌｌｉａｔｅｎｕｉｆｌｏｒａ）属于早熟禾族外，其余均属于小麦族。大麦属（Ｈｏｒｄｅｕｍ）所有参试种均可被侵染，多数高感，大麦是主要寄主。旱麦草属（Ｅｒｅｍｏｐｙｒｕｍ）植物和簇毛麦（Ｈａｙｎａｌｄｉａｖｉｌｌｏｓａ）也较感病。小麦族的赖草属（Ｌｅｙｍｕｓ）、鹅观草属（Ｒｏｅｇｎｅｒｉａ）和Ｔｈｉｎｏｐｙｒｕｍ属的所有参试种均为免疫或近免疫。
Three representative strains of Puccinia striiformis (Barley Species Barley) (PucciniastriiformisWest.f.sp. hordei) were used for artificially inoculating greenhouse plants in 61 genera of 25 genera in 8 families. There are 22 species of 9 genera in the host, except that Puccinelliu raliflora belong to the family of Poaceae. The rest belong to the wheat family. All tested species of Hordeum can be infested, most of which are high and barley is the main host. Eremopyrum plants and Haynaldia villosa are also susceptible. All tested species of the genus Leymus, Roegneria and Thinopyrum of the Triticeae are either immunized or nearly immunized.
