患者,女,58岁,无药物过敏史。2003年11月25日至2004年3月2日,因双腿疼痛在多家医院就诊,诊断为关节炎、老年性骨质疏松,先后服用过复方氯唑沙宗(鲁南贝特)、塞来昔布片(西乐葆)、双氯芬酸钠(扶他林)、益肾蠲痹丸、壮骨伸筋丸、肿痛安、阿法D3、鲑鱼降钙素鼻喷剂(密钙息)等药物,服药期间疼痛缓解,停药后恢复疼痛。2004年3月16日来我院就诊,诊断为双侧隐神经痛、双内吸肌炎症,给予甲钴胺片(弥可保)500μg,po,tid治疗。服用4d后出现面部红肿,患者有肿胀感,无瘙痒症状,停药1d后,面部红肿减轻,2d后红肿消退,恢复正常。讨论:患者服用甲钴胺前1周以及期间均未服用其他药 Patient, female, 58 years old, no history of drug allergy.
