【目的】研究癫痫共患注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)儿童应用哌甲酯治疗的意义。【方法】从本院小儿神经专科门诊中收集癫痫共患ADHD患儿58例,根据癫痫类型以及是否服用哌甲酯进行分组,治疗3个月以后,比较同一癫痫发作类型服用哌甲酯与未服用哌甲酯组之间脑电图异常变化值、癫痫发作次数变化情况以及ADHD症状改善情况。【结果】同一癫痫发作类型服用哌甲酯与未服用哌甲酯组之间脑电图异常变化值、癫痫发作次数减少值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各癫痫发作类型未服用哌甲酯组3个月治疗前、后SNAPIV评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而服用哌甲酯组3个月治疗后SNAP-IV评分较前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】哌甲酯对脑电图异常评分以及发作减少次数没有影响,未发现该药加重癫痫病情现象。
【Objective】 To investigate the clinical significance of methylphenidate treatment in children with epilepsy and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). 【Methods】 58 pediatric patients with epilepsy with ADHD were collected from pediatric neurology outpatient department of our hospital. The types of seizure There was no significant difference in SNAPIV score between the three groups before and after treatment with methylphenidate (P> 0.05), while the SNAP-IV score after methylphenidate administration for 3 months was significantly lower than before Significance (P <0.05). 【Conclusion】 Methylphenidate has no effect on the EEG abnormality score and the frequency of seizure decrease. It is not found that the drug aggravates the symptoms of epilepsy.
