我厂空调制冷原采用8AS—12.5型氨压缩机九台,总的制冷量为1876万千焦/时。这些设备运行了将近20年,许多部件急需更换,现实给我们提出了一个问题,是继续维修旧的设备呢,还是采用新型的制冷设备来更新旧的设备?经过多次考查与反复论证,结合本厂的具体情况,从综合经济效益出发,决定采用先进的低压蒸汽双效溴化锂吸收式制冷机,用3台制冷量628万千焦/时的3XZⅡ—15CH 型双效溴化锂制冷机代替原来的九台氨压制冷机。该技术改造项目于1985年立项,1988年完成并投入试运行,在试运的当年就取得了初步的经济
