EB炉熔炼工艺参数对大规格镍扁锭中碳元素偏析的影响

利用电子束冷床炉熔炼大规格纯镍扁锭(6600 mm×1050 mm×210 mm),研究了熔炼工艺参数(电子枪功率与拉锭速度的配合)对镍扁锭中碳(C)元素偏析的影响及机理。结果表明:电子枪功率与拉锭速度配合不当会导致镍扁锭中C元素出现不同程度的偏析;协调各区域的电子枪功率和选择适当的拉锭速度可以使镍扁锭中C元素分布更为均匀;当冷床熔炼区域、溢流区域、结晶器区域的电子枪总功率分别为720、150、360 kW,拉锭速度为5 mm/min时,镍扁锭中C元素偏析程度最小,轧制成镍带卷后力学性能均衡性最好。 The large size pure nickel slab (6600 mm × 1050 mm × 210 mm) was smelted by electron beam cooling bed furnace.
