某矿创出一套减少穿孔机鑽具折断的经验,保持了一年多没有发生鑽具折断事故。现将该项经验介绍如下:1.穿孔机在岩浆浓度不正常的情况下操作,最易发生鑽具的折断。BC-1型穿孔机鑽具的重量,一般为2000公斤左右(有些矿山已增至2700公斤甚至3000公斤)这样重的鑽具,在不到一米高的地方,以自由落体运动降至孔底,冲击功有时将达到9400公斤·米,如果岩浆浓度过稀,鑽具上下运动不平稳,很容易造成鑽具的折断事故。根据实际经验,我们采用的岩浆密度的数字,如表1所示:
