目的:探究目标管理措施在骨科膝关节置换术后患者康复锻炼管理中的应用可行性。方法:对浙江省湖州市第一人民医院从2013年5月~2014年5月期间进行人工膝关节置换术的120例患者进行研究,将其按照时间先后顺序分成对照组和观察组。2013年5~11月人工膝关节置换术患者未采用目标管理,在此期间收治的60例患者作为对照组。2013年12月~2014年5月人工膝关节置换术患者采用目标管理,在此期间收治的60例患者作为观察组。比较分析两组患者的康复训练效果以及患者满意度。结果:对照组患者在术后恢复效果明显低于观察组,P<0.05。对照组患者的满意度为85.4%,观察组患者的护理满意度为96.4%,对照组患者的满意度明显低于观察组,P<0.05。结论:目标管理是作为一种科学的管理方法,通过目标引导,科室所有成员根据所制定的方案措施来开展各自的护理工作,使得护理工作更加规范、科学,应用于骨科膝关节置换术后患者康复锻炼管理中,能够有效地提高康复训练的效果,提高患者满意度。
Objective: To explore the feasibility of target management measures in rehabilitation exercise management after orthopedic knee replacement. Methods: A total of 120 patients undergoing artificial knee arthroplasty during the period from May 2013 to May 2014 in Huzhou First People’s Hospital of Zhejiang Province were studied. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to time sequence. From May to November 2013, patients undergoing knee arthroplasty were not targeted and 60 patients treated during this period served as controls. From December 2013 to May 2014, patients undergoing knee arthroplasty were treated by objective management, and 60 patients were treated as observation group during this period. Comparative analysis of the two groups of patients with rehabilitation training and patient satisfaction. Results: The recovery effect of the control group after operation was significantly lower than that of the observation group (P <0.05). Satisfaction of patients in control group was 85.4%, satisfaction of nursing group in observation group was 96.4%, satisfaction of patients in control group was significantly lower than that of observation group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Objective management is a scientific management method. Through the goal guidance, all members of the department conduct their respective nursing work according to the proposed measures and measures, making the nursing work more standardized and scientific and applied to patients after orthopedic knee replacement Rehabilitation exercise management, can effectively improve the effectiveness of rehabilitation training, improve patient satisfaction.
