本文报道了摘除眼柄对中华绒螯蟹精巢发育及其氨基酸含量的影响。实验分成两组 ,即摘除眼柄实验组和对照组。结果表明 :对照组精巢内生殖细胞种类多 ,各期的生殖细胞都有 ,与之比较 ,实验组的种类少 ,只有精子期细胞。说明摘除眼柄可促进精巢发育 ,加快精子的形成 ,并使精巢发育同步化 ;摘除眼柄对精巢氨基酸含量有一定的影响。本文探讨了中华绒螯蟹性早熟可能的机制
This article reports the effects of removal of the eyelids on the development of testis and amino acids in Eriocheir sinensis. The experiment was divided into two groups, that is, the experimental group and the control group. The results showed that there were many germ cells in the testis in the control group and all the germ cells in each stage. Compared with the control group, there were few kinds of germ cells in the experimental group and only the spermatogonial cells. It shows that the removal of the eyelid can promote the development of spermary, accelerate the formation of spermatozoa, and synchronize the development of spermary. The removal of eyelid has some influence on the amino acid content of spermary. This article explored the possible mechanism of sexual precocity in Eriocheir sinensis
