本文论述了对高强韧性低合金冷模具钢(简称7NiSi钢)的试验研究及应用的必要性;说明了7NiSi钢的成分特点,并论证了成分设计的合理性;测定了7NiSi钢的物理性能、工艺性能和力学性能,并与CrWMn钢和Or12型钢的相应性能进行了对比;最后对7NiSi钢的高强韧性进行了初步的综合分析,提出了最佳热处理方案。 试验表明,7NiSi钢的特点是:(1)强韧性高,与各种改型基体钢相近;(2)合金元素少(<5%),成材率高,成本低;(3)工艺性能好,锻造抗力小,退火易软化,淬透性较高,淬火变形小,热处理温度区间宽,工艺简便,有利于节能。 初步应用表明,7NiSi钢代替CrWMn和Cr12型钢制作易崩刃断裂模具,寿命可提高1~3倍以上,剪刃、塑料模具和精密淬硬丝杠也可试用。
This paper discusses the experimental research and application of high strength and low ductility cold die steel (referred to as 7NiSi steel) experimental study and application of the necessary characteristics of the 7NiSi steel components and demonstrate the rationality of the composition design; measured 7NiSi steel physical properties, Process performance and mechanical properties were compared with those of CrWMn steel and Or12 steel.
