随着我国计划经济向有计划的商品经济的转化,企业的经营原则必须是以销定产,从而建立以销售为中心的以销定产的管理体系。也就是说,工厂的其他各项计划都要根据销售计划制定。销售工作既然上升为制定企业各项工作计划的前提,为了确定正确的销售计划,企业必须及时获得准确、系统、适用的经济技术信息。为此,必须做到以下几点。一、建立信息网络在企业的各基层主要负责人及懂技术、会经营、善于社交、有独立工作能力的部分人员之间组成信息网络,为产品销售、技术开发、材料供应等业务部门服务。该网络又应与全国的信息网及省、市信息协会建立信息关系。二、建立开展信息工作的各项制度
