学科带头人队伍建设关系着医院未来的生存和发展。我院对学科带头人实行每两年一次的滚动考核制度。从1999-2000年对28位学科带头人的考核中可以看出,临床业务能力及计算机应用能力考核结果较为满意,说明这些学科带头人的专业素质和应用现代技术的能力较强,但在外语水平上部分学科带头人尚需提高。考核机制的建立对逐渐完善人才队伍建设有很好的促进作用,这种公平的竞争机制可使学科带头人不断进取。同时指出考核的方式也应根据现代医学的发展及医院的实际需要随时调整,以使之更适应医院的发展。
Subject leader team construction is related to the future survival and development of the hospital. Our institute implements the rolling examination system once every two years for academic leaders. From 1999 to 2000, it can be seen from the examination of 28 academic leaders that the results of clinical practice ability and computer application ability are satisfactory, which shows that the professional qualities of these academic leaders and their ability to apply modern technology are strong. However, Some academic leaders at the level still need to improve. The establishment of the assessment mechanism has a good role in promoting the construction of a contingent of qualified personnel. Such a fair competition mechanism can keep the academic leaders in a pioneering spirit. At the same time, it points out that the way of assessment should be adjusted at any time according to the development of modern medicine and the actual needs of the hospital to make it more suitable for the development of the hospital.
