铝材的选择和熔炼工艺改进的目的在于保证铝笼材料的物理、机械、电气和工艺等各种性能,我们就控制化学成份和对铝液进行精炼进行了一些试验。一、铝材成份的控制一般异步电动机转子铝笼的化学成份取决于原材料的化学成份和熔化过程中高温下杂质的渗入。转子铸铝采用电工纯铝按 GB1196-75规定铝锭化学成份如表1:
