通过优化封隔器的滑套尺寸、滑套喷砂体泄液面积、各级解封距、反洗通道等参数及采用双级胶筒密封设计,阐述了研制 QHY341新型高压水力压缩式压裂封隔器的结构和原理。QHY341封隔器采用了分体组合、双液缸、双胶筒密封、直连喷砂体的结构设计,具有结构简单、坐封方便、逐级解封载荷轻、反洗通畅、易解卡、耐压差大、一次压裂多层等优点。截至目前已现场实施6口井共9层的压裂,施工均获成功。
