通过扫描电镜和力学性能试验,研究了不同热处理工艺下Cu Cr Zr合金沉淀相尺寸和分布对合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,经固溶水冷+时效处理后,热锻态Cu Cr Zr合金中的沉淀相尺寸和分布存在“遗传”特性,高冷却速率有益于阻碍沉淀相的聚集和粗化;时效处理前增加冷加工工艺有利于获得均匀且细小的沉淀相,从而获得优异且稳定的力学性能。
The influence of the size and distribution of precipitated phase of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy on the mechanical properties of the alloy was studied by scanning electron microscopy and mechanical properties tests. The results show that the precipitated phase size and distribution in the hot forged Cu Cr Zr alloy have the property of “heredity” after solid solution water cooling + aging treatment, and the high cooling rate is good for hindering the aggregation and coarsening of the precipitated phase. The aging treatment The addition of cold working before the process is conducive to obtaining a uniform and small precipitated phase, resulting in excellent and stable mechanical properties.
