目的研究人型耶氏肺孢子虫姬姆萨氏染色形态。方法采用姬姆萨氏染色法涂片染色痰液和肺泡灌洗液孢子虫,在油镜下观查形态。结果痰液人型孢子虫大小约1.0~7.5μm,包囊圆形或椭圆形,包囊囊壁染成淡蓝色,囊内小体染成紫红或紫蓝色;滋养体胞浆染成淡蓝色,内容细胞质染成紫红或紫蓝色;包囊可单个、几个、散在、成群或串状存在,成群排列常伴不同发育阶段孢囊和滋养体,虫体大小差异较大,形态多样,成熟典型的包囊很少,大多是不成熟包囊或滋养体。结论人型肺孢子虫姬姆萨氏染色形态较动物孢子虫形态更显大小不均、形态多样,常以不成熟包囊和滋养体在片中表达。
Objective To study the Giemsa staining patterns of Pneumocystis carinii. Methods The gastric mucosa of Staphylococcus aureus were stained by Giemsa staining and the morphology was observed under an oil microscope. Results Sputum sporozoite size of about 1.0 ~ 7.5μm, cysts round or oval, cyst wall dyed blue, cytoplasm dyed purple or purple blue; trophozoite cytoplasm stained Light blue, the content of the cytoplasm dyed purple or purple; cysts can be single, a few, scattered, groups or strings exist, often arranged in groups with different developmental stages of cysts and trophozoites, parasites size difference Large, diverse forms, mature typical cysts rarely, mostly immature cysts or trophozoites. Conclusion The morphology of Pneumocystis pneumophila Giemsa stain is more uneven than that of the animal sporozoite, and it is diverse in shape, often expressed in immature cysts and trophozoites.
