1 制订目标,层层分解在完善各项规章制度的同时,根据时代的要求,应用管理科学,实行目标管理责任制、任务承包合同制。近两年,根据上级下达的工作任务,结合本县的实际情况及工作特点,年初把全站的工作任务确定为八大类57项,作为全年全站的总目标。然后自上而下分解,明确责任,直至落实到每个科室,并且科室根据本科的工作任务,分别与科室人员签订岗位责任书,定期考核。
1 Formulate goals, layer-by-layer decomposition While improving various rules and regulations, according to the requirements of the times, apply management science and implement a target management responsibility system and a task contract system. In the past two years, according to the task assigned by the superior, combined with the actual conditions and work characteristics of the county, at the beginning of the year, the task of the entire station was identified as 57 categories of eight categories, which served as the overall goal of the whole station for the whole year. Then from top to bottom decomposition, clear responsibility, until the implementation of each department, and the department according to the task of the undergraduate, respectively, with the department staff signed a job responsibility book, regular assessment.
