我院自1984—01~1986—02月,通过纤支镜、x线等辅助检查,诊断肺癌病人76例,其中男性64例,女性12例,其比值为5.3:1。发病年龄组最高为50~59岁(67%),工人发病(43.4%),多于其它职业,其中煤矿工人在整个工人的肺癌发病率中又趋于首位(81.8%),吸烟是肺癌发生的重要因素,吸烟者占75%。本组慢支不吸烟者占31.6%,不吸烟无慢支者占13.1%,提示慢支与肺、癌的发生密切相关。76例肺癌病人中即有直系亲属肿瘤史又有吸烟嗜好者4例(5.7%),故认为即有直系亲属肿瘤史又有吸烟嗜好者发生肺癌的危险性比单纯吸烟者更大。我院自从纤支镜应用于临床以来,对临床有症状,胸片正常而又疑诊肺癌者,均由纤支镜检查明确了诊断。通过纤支镜检查,确定了肺癌的病变部位,病理类型和不同类型肺癌的纤支镜检查所见的病理特点,在纤支镜的直视下进行病变部位的刷检、活捡。本组经纤支镜取标本由病理检查获得阳性结果者占47.8%,体现了纤支镜临床应用的价值,提高了确诊率。
Our hospital from 1984 - 01 ~ 1986 - 02 months, through bronchoscopy, x-ray and other auxiliary diagnosis of lung cancer in 76 patients, including 64 males and 12 females, the ratio was 5.3: 1. Incidence of workers was highest in the age group of 50 to 59 years (67%), and workers (43.4%) were more than in other occupations. Coal mine workers tended to be the first (81.8%) in the overall incidence of lung cancer among workers and smoking was associated with lung cancer The important factor, smokers accounted for 75%. This group of non-smokers with chronic bronchitis accounted for 31.6%, non-smoker without chronic bronchitis accounted for 13.1%, suggesting that chronic bronchitis and lung cancer are closely related. There were 4 cases (5.7%) of 76 lung cancer patients who had immediate family history of cancer and had smoking habit. Therefore, it is considered that there is a greater risk of developing lung cancer in smokers with immediate family history of cancer than those in simple smokers. Since our hospital has been widely used in clinical diagnosis of bronchoscopy, clinical symptoms, chest X-ray normal and suspected lung cancer were diagnosed by fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Through bronchoscopy, lung lesions were identified, pathological types and different types of lung cancer bronchoscopy pathological features seen in the bronchoscopy under direct vision of the lesion site brush check, live picking. This group of specimens taken by fiberoptic bronchoscopy positive results obtained by pathological examination accounted for 47.8%, reflecting the clinical value of fiber optic bronchoscopy, increased the diagnosis rate.
