心脏功能受心脏搏动的节律及幅度、心肌收缩力、主动脉压、周围血管阻力、植物神经及内分泌系统等多种因素相互作用的影响。有文献报道,丹参具有扩张血管、降低血压及抗菌怍用,常用于治疗冠心病、心肌梗塞等。丹参水提取物具有改善肾血流的怍用。活性成分除萘醌衍生物外,还分离出紫草酸镁盐及活性作用较低些的其它类似物。基于心脏不断重复地收缩和舒张以将血泵入周围组织,本文就咖啡酸类似物影响心输出量的两个主要因素——心脏搏动的节律和幅度进行了观察。试验用药咖啡酸类似物从丹参根中提取,lkg丹参水提取两次,过滤浓缩并进行柱层析,用水洗提后再用50%的甲醇洗提产
