目的 :探讨成人 Still病 (AOSD)诊断指标。方法 :测定 2 5例成人 Still病患者血清铁蛋白 (SF)及 C反应蛋白 (CRP)。并对急性时相反应指数 (APRI)诊断成人 Still病的特异性和敏感性进行了评估。结果 :APRI在 AOSD患者中显著高于其它疾病组 ,其敏感性和特异性分别为 88.0 %和 91 .7% ,对 AOSD诊断的准确率为 79.7%。结论 :APRI对成人Still病的诊断有一定的价值 Objective: To investigate the diagnostic criteria of adult Still disease (AOSD). Methods: Serum ferritin (SF) and C-reactive protein (CRP) were determined in 25 cases of Still’s disease. The specificity and sensitivity of the acute phase response index (APRI) for the diagnosis of Still’s disease were evaluated. Results: APRI was significantly higher in AOSD patients than in other disease groups. The sensitivity and specificity of APRI were 88.0% and 91.7%, respectively. The accuracy of ARI in diagnosing AOSD was 79.7%. Conclusion: APRI has some value in the diagnosis of adult Still’s disease
