目的 观察加味四逆散对脂肪肝大鼠肝组织PPARα mRNA表达的影响,探讨其治疗脂肪肝的机理。方法 采用复合致病因素造成大鼠脂肪肝模型,以加味四逆散为治疗组,脂必妥片作对照,研究加味四逆散对脂肪肝大鼠肝组织PPARα mRNA表达的影响。结果 模型组大鼠肝组织PPARα mRNA表达减少,加味四逆散能增加脂肪肝大鼠肝组织PPARα mRNA的表达。结论 加味四逆散促进PPARα mRNA表达可能是临床治疗脂肪肝的重要机制之一。
Objective To observe the effect of Jiawei Sini Powder on the expression of PPARα mRNA in hepatic tissue of fatty liver rats, and to explore the mechanism of fatty liver treatment. Methods Fatty liver model was induced by compound pathogenic factors. The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Sini Powder and the Zhibi Tablet was used as a control. The effect of Jiawei Sini Powder on the expression of PPARα mRNA in hepatic tissue of fatty liver rats was studied. Results The expression of PPARα mRNA in the liver tissue of the model group was decreased. Modified Sini Powder increased the expression of PPARα mRNA in liver tissue of fatty liver rats. Conclusion Modified Sinisan can promote the expression of PPARα mRNA, which may be one of the important mechanisms of clinical treatment of fatty liver.
