消防安全工作关系到学校广大师生的生命、财产安全,人命关天,不得有丝毫马虎。根据“预防为主”和“谁主管,谁负责”的原则,以预防杜绝特大火灾,尤其是群死群伤事故为目标。进一步改进和加强消防安全和灭火爆炸救援工作,落实学校消防安全工作责任制,增强抵制灭火爆炸事故的能力,尽力消除或减轻火灾事故的损失程度,通过11月29日的消防演练,在2009年紧急疏散演练总结的基础上,特制定此灭火爆炸事故应急疏散预案。 Fire safety work related to the majority of teachers and students of school life, property safety, life off, not sloppy slightest.
