目的对景德镇市某汽车配件有限责任公司的职业病化学有害因素进行综合评价,提出职业卫生防护对策和建议。方法按照《工作场所防止职业中毒卫生工程防护措施规范》,采用现场调查和检测等方法,识别职业病危害因素,并进行定性分析与定量分析。结果该公司存在的职业病化学有害因素有苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙苯、乙酸乙酯,现场检测结果表明,该厂职业病化学有害因素的短时间接触浓度(CSTEL)和时间加权平均浓度(CTWA)分别为:苯<0.6 mg/m3,甲苯、二甲苯<1.2 mg/m3,乙苯<1.3 mg/m3,乙酸乙酯<12.8 mg/m3,均未超过国家标准规定的职业接触限值。结论该企业作业岗位职业病危害因素综合指数(I)为0.070,评价结论为合格。
Objective To evaluate the harmfulness of occupational diseases in an auto parts limited liability company in Jingdezhen City and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions on occupational health protection. Methods According to the norms of Protective Measures for Occupational Poisoning Hygienic Engineering in Workplace, the methods of on-the-spot investigation and testing were used to identify the hazards of occupational diseases and conduct qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Results The company had benzene, toluene, xylene, ethylbenzene and ethyl acetate as the harmful factors of occupational diseases. The field test results showed that the short-term exposure concentration (CSTEL) and the time-weighted average concentration ) Were less than 0.6 mg / m3 for benzene, 1.2 mg / m3 for toluene, 1.3 mg / m3 for ethylbenzene and 12.8 mg / m3 for ethylbenzene, respectively. All of them did not exceed the occupational exposure limits stipulated by national standards. Conclusion The comprehensive index (I) of the occupational hazards in this company is 0.070, the conclusion of the appraisal is qualified.
