钻机在煤矿井下钻孔松软煤层过程中,手工焊接的合金结构钢三棱钻杆频繁发生焊缝断裂,丢失钻杆,延误工期。通过理论计算和实验对比,分析查找产生问题的原因。结合三棱钻杆的结构特点、生产条件和使用要求,重新设计了焊接工艺,严格操作要求,新焊接的三棱钻杆经过质量检验和工业性试验,质量可靠。
Drilling rig in coal mine drilling soft coal seam process, the hand-welded alloy structural steel triangular drill pipe frequent weld fracture, the loss of drill pipe, delay the construction period. Through the theoretical calculation and experimental comparison, find out the reasons for the problem. Combined with the structural characteristics, production conditions and requirements of the three-angled drill pipe, the welding process has been redesigned to meet the strict operation requirements. The newly welded three-angled drill pipe undergoes quality inspection and industrial test, and the quality is reliable.
