目的观察乳腺增生大鼠模型中bc1-2蛋白的表达及中药健乳灵的调节作用。方法将雌性SD大鼠45只随机分为正常组、模型组和治疗组,造模后正常组和模型组给常规饲料,治疗组给含健乳灵的饲料。实验结束时取第2、3对乳房作石蜡切片,用SABC免疫组化染色观察bc1-2蛋白表达的情况。结果各组大鼠中可均见bc1-2蛋白的表达,但模型组大鼠bc1-2蛋白表达明显减少,治疗组大鼠bc1-2的表达明显高于模型组,与正常组相近。结论乳腺增生大鼠中bc1-2蛋白明显减少,中药健乳灵能明显上调bc1-2蛋白含量,可能起到防止乳腺癌发生的作用。
Objective To observe the expression of bcl-2 protein in the rat model of hyperplasia of mammary glands and the regulating effect of Jianmilling. Methods Forty-five female SD rats were randomly divided into the normal group, the model group and the treatment group. The normal group and the model group were given conventional feed after the establishment of the model, and the treatment group was given the feed containing Jiannling. At the end of the experiment, paraffin sections from the breasts of the second and third trimesters were taken, and the expression of bcl-2 protein was observed by SABC immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of bcl-2 protein was observed in all groups, but the expression of bcl-2 protein in the model group was significantly reduced. The expression of bcl-2 in the treated group was significantly higher than that in the model group, which was similar to the normal group. Conclusions The bcl-2 protein in mammary hyperplasia rats is significantly reduced. The Chinese medicine Jianji Lingjiong can significantly up-regulate the bcl-2 protein content, which may play a role in preventing the occurrence of breast cancer.
