本刊讯(记者郭东丽)近日,晋城市将加强对全市餐饮行业婚庆、生日等宴用酒品的监管力度,要求在酒店办宴席的订餐者必须提供《酒类流通随附单》或购进票据,确保酒品来源有据可查。对不能提供《随附单》或购进票据的,通知酒管部门查验酒品来源,查明来源后,告知进店饮用。酒店与订餐者之间可以通过有效协议,明确双方的责任,自觉防范违规酒品流向餐桌。
